Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be located at the athlete entrance. Athletes must turn in their completed waivers prior to receiving their race packet.
Age Groups (High School, 7th/8th grade)
The age groups are High School and 7th/8th grade. All high school athletes will compete together. 7th and 8th graders will compete together.
Invitational Events
The invitational events are for high school athletes only, unless otherwise noted. There will be limits on each event. Check the schedule for how many sections will be run. We will be selecting just enough athletes to run in that many races.
We will do our best to give an update of who is in the invitational division and who is not as we draw closer to the meet or if the event is filled up.
Please note that all seed times will be verified.

Tickets/Passes will go on sale March 12 at 8am CST.

T-Shirts/Hoodies and will be available online and at the track meet.

Dick Pond will be at the meet providing you with all of your running needs.

Awards
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place all receive medals for their performances.
Lockers
Although the locker rooms will not be available, athletes can secure their belongings in lockers while they are running.
Masks
Masks are required for everyone. If you feel uncomfortable in a mask at all times please stay at home or in your car and enjoy our broadcast from that location. This is about the kids and doing everything we can to comply with prevailing laws to allow this event to take place. Athletes may only remove their masks when they are warming-up or competing in an event. Masks are not in lieu of social distancing but an added protection, everyone should be wearing a mask and social distancing when possible.
Athletes must report to the starting line with a mask covering the mouth.
Spike Policy
Only up to ¼ pyramid spikes will be allowed at the meet. Spikes will be checked prior to competition
Warm Up
Athletes competing in the first event of the day may report directly to the track arena via the southwest entrance, place belongings against the west bleachers, get spikes checked ( OR inch pyramid spikes only), then proceed to warm up on the warm up track, middle sprint lanes, or back stretch of the oval. Jumpers and throwers may wamp up at their venue. No tape or chalk allowed for jumps, markers will be provided. Social distancing guidelines must be followed while warming up.
Implement weigh in for throws will occur at the competition site, bring your own implements. There will be staff directing you and providing updates about entry into the arena for practice. Please bring your own water as fountains are shut down due to COVID policy.
Event Check In
Athletes must report ready for competition at the clerking at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled start time. Field event athletes should check in with the head official of that event. Social distancing guidelines must be followed while awaiting placement in lanes.
Exit Plan
Upon completion of the event, the athletes will be escorted off the track so that the athletes can grab their belongings and exit out the northeast side of the building. Athletes that have completed their events must leave immediately.
